Here's the deal: CyberDefense Firm is a nonprofit serving schools, churches, and nonprofits with free or low-cost security help. That's our core mission. But to scale that work, we started CyberDefense Consulting LLC, the for-profit side of the operation.
When we take on commercial clients at competitive rates, every dollar of profit flows directly back into the nonprofit's mission. You get enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise from the same team. The nonprofit gets sustainable funding. Your business stays secure. Everybody wins.

Cyber Insurance Readiness
Applying for or renewing cyber insurance? The application asks pointed yes-or-no questions, and a wrong answer can void a claim after the fact. We work the application question by question and get every answer to a truthful yes, or hand you a written plan with costs for the ones that need work. Customer security questionnaires handled the same way.
Security Assessment
A plain-language picture of where you actually stand: network vulnerability scan, email security review, policy gap analysis, and a summary you could hand to a board. Findings ranked by what matters first, not by scanner output. Flat fee, scoped to the size of your organization.
Cybersecurity Training
Hands-on training for staff, congregations, and teams. Phishing simulations, a workshop in language people actually understand, an employee security handbook, a policy review, and a check-in ninety days later to see what stuck.
Managed Security
Ongoing support for teams with no security staff: monthly vulnerability scanning, email threat monitoring, a quarterly security review, and priority incident guidance during business hours. A dedicated advisor who already knows your setup, not a 24-hour monitoring center.
